8 Week Challenge
Ok ladies, are we ready?? We will start by printing the 8 week challenge weekly chart. Then on Monday morning weigh ourselves ( ugh, scary). Then start tallying your points! Monday ,March 12 th will be 8 weeks, the woman with the most points wins. I don't have a exact head count but it's looking like there will be about 5-6 challengers.

Aloha!
Just wanted to share with ya'll this really yummy recipe for oatmeal. I've made it that last 2 Sundays and the great thing about it is there is enough for several breakfasts as well as a yummy oatmeal smoothie I am also sharing with you.
2 C steel cut oats
6 C water
2 C Almond milk
1-2 C dried fruit ( i used cranberries and prunes)
1-2 tbs cinnamon
Put all in slow cooker and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
The really cool thing is when you wake up in the morning the smell in the house is amazing!
PB/Oatmeal Smoothie
1 banana
2-3 tbs PB
1 C oatmeal
1/2 c almond milk
1 c plain greek yogurt
1 c ice
1/3 c raw almonds
Really yummy and hearty, meal replacement for sure!

Update
Hello all!
I hope your first day of the challenge was a success! I tallied my points for yesterday and I had 27....forgot the food journal. I have sent you all an invite to login and have administrative capabilities. Not sure what that means exactly but I think it means you will have backdoor access :) Anyhow, please feel free to post your points, or yummy recipes or acts of aggressive behavior in the continued absence of potato chips!!
Still working on blog, I am long on ideas but short on time :) Keep ya posted.
My breakfast today:
1 frozen banana
2 tsp natural chunky pb
1 c plain greek yogurt
1c almond milk
3 c spinach
Put all in a blender and enjoy!
This was REALLY GOOD!
Aloha for now

Welcome!
As you can see, this blog is in it's BEGINNING STAGES! I will do my best to make it pretty and user friendly by tonight . My goal is to create a place here where we can post our points on a weekly basis as well as share recipes, diet tips, diet frustrations, etc. For those who want to take this ride, the buy in is $25.00 :) We will start tomorrow by weighing ourselves at home ( we do not have to share this number on the blog or anywhere else!) and tracking our points under WEEK 1 on the chart I have sent you. If you don't have the chart I will attach it somehow to this blog. Bear with me peeps, this is all new to me :) Happy Sunday!
